dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a Case-Based Reasoning application for individualized experience management. We describe how such intelligent technologies can be used for implementing applications in small and medium sized enterprises by introducing a realized application. The application is called dinerplus and organizes guests and menus for a hobby chef, restaurant or catering service. Further we discuss related work on the aspect of experience management in SMEs using intelligent systems.en
