Fachliche und technische Betreuung beim Datenmanagement im Precision Farming - Luxus oder Notwendigkeit?

Abstract

An agronomic understanding of Precision Farming (PF) contains especially site-specific applications, e.g. spreading/spraying of fertilizers or pesticides. Such applications are usually controlled by corresponding - measured or calculated - leading values, but from collecting data to realize respective applications usually a lot of data transfer, conversion, reading and writing in special formats (and so on) is needed. In practice there are many users with serious problems along these workflows. Integrated or automated solutions (e.g. "all-in-one" software packages) could be helpful under certain conditions - in most cases it's necessary to provide personal assistance.
