The demand for UX is continuously growing and one of the emerging trends is Democratising UX. But how can researchers spread UX education inside the organisation and what is the value of it?
At FlixBus we believe that making UX accessible to everyone plays an essential role in increasing the overall UX maturity. UX should not only matter to researchers or designers, it should be just as important to other roles such as product owners, stakeholders and developers.
We want to share what we have learned along our journey towards increasing the UX maturity at FlixBus.
