Entwicklung einer Dokumenttypdefinition für eine automatisierte Umweltberichterstattung auf der Basis von XML

Abstract

Discussions concerning environmental aspects considerably gained in importance and challenged business in recent years. Comprehensible and authentic as well as target group-oriented environmental reporting requires substantial quantities of relevant information. In order to automate environmental reporting the presented approach is based on structuring and standardizing of environmental documents using XML. To this end a document type definition for environmental reports has been developed and forms the basis for a software application system in order to facilitate the creation and the target group-oriented preparation of environmental reports. The automated integration of ecobalance data into the environmental report is here of particular importance.
