Abstract

There is a strong need for simulation models in environmental management. But differently from other engineering disciplines in fact models are barely used. In this paper we propose a terminology for describing results in the area of environmental modeling and simulation (EMS). With its help it is now possible to show the relationship between different pieces of work in EMS. Thus, it can be a first step to distributing simulation models for application
