| dc.description.abstract | There are many environmental problems caused by industrial production. Although the statistical information on contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to pollution and waste is limited, it is known that their environmental influence is significant. On the other hand, the issue of environmental protection management has become a strategic target in many companies due to the growing number of legal provisions and regulations, such as the reduction goal for CO2. This paper proposes a way to solve the new challenges for producing companies, in order to have a responsible protection of the environment, as well as improve the productivity, product and performance quality: integrating Material Flow Management and Business Information Systems. | de |
