IMIS – A reference model for future early warning systems?
Zusammenfassung
IMIS, the Integrated Radioactivity Monitoring and Information System, is set up as part of the German Government’s National Response Plan for dealing with the consequences of a large scale radioactive contamination of the environment. The system’s architecture and its core components and features qualify IMIS as a source for future projects to build early warning and decision support systems.
