Abstract

Bereits 1998 hat der Gesetzgeber beschlossen, die Öffentlichkeit über Alternativen zum Biozideinsatz zu informieren. Daraus folgte eine Machbarkeitsstudie, die ermitteln sollte, wie dieses Vorhaben am besten umzusetzen ist. Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie bildeten die Grundlage, für die Erstellung eines Biozidportals mit allen Facetten, von der gesetzlichen Beauftragung über Entwurfsstudien bis hin zum fertigen Produkt. Es werden fachliche Ansprüche, Zielgruppenanalyse, Auswahl eines Content Management Systems (CMS) und die Umsetzung durch eine Agentur beschrieben.
