A voiceportal enhanced by semantic processing and affect awareness

Zusammenfassung
In order to improve the automation rate of state-of-the-art IVR systems we introduce the application of two key technologies. Semantic processing is performed to analyze the input utterance of the user and to generate a suitable system output based on a given domain model. Additionally, affect awareness is used for monitoring the emotional state of the user.
