Simulating user behaviour – a proposed approach to improving web information systems

Zusammenfassung
modelling and simulating user's behaviours could be an approach that aids web developers to improve the utility of Web-based Information Systems (WIS). This paper presents a conceptual model of WIS-user behaviours. The intention of simulating those behaviours presented in the model is also stated.
