Integration betrieblicher Daten in Informationssysteme des kettenweiten Qualitätsmanagements

Abstract

Due to various evolving demands on companies of the agribusiness, communication of product related information across the chain is gaining importance. One approach to support efforts made to meet these demands is the development of chain-wide information systems. As information is partially collected in the enterprises own software systems, chain-wide information systems can only succeed if they accomplish easy data integration from the individual companies of the chain. This paper therefore illustrates some of the issues of data integration.
