dc.description.abstractWe present a mobile solution for wireless access to an electronic health record system in a large university hospital. A clinically proven electronic health record system, including PACS, is extended by a wireless interface to which laptops and PDAs are connected. Advantages and handicaps of this wireless approach are discussed.en
