| dc.description.abstract | Remote working during the pandemic goes far beyond the global remote work that occurred in prior years. In this paper, we look at remote working from the point of view of creating the experiences women need to thrive. Within the context of our research on retaining women in tech, we have studied the impact of remote work on women.
