dc.description.abstract	Dr. Gitte Lindgaard is Director of the Human Oriented Technology Lab (HOT Lab) at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada and Professor holding a NSERC/Cognos Chair in User-Centered Product Design. She published various articles on visual appeal and aesthetics in human-technology interaction.
